Using the Holidays In Your Marketing Messages, etc.

Happy “Stay at Home Because You’re Well” Day!

(It’s true. It’s a real holiday. :)

There are tons and tons of great “off-beat” holidays you can tie your marketing message into to get the attention of your prospects and customers. But, I’ll get back to that in a moment.

Speaking of holidays, how was your Thanksgiving?

Quite frankly, I was full of Thanksgiving leftovers on Friday evening.  On Thursday alone, I had turkey omelets, (more…)

How to Become an Expert Instantly!

One of the great benefits of having a local Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle chapter is that every meeting offers proven marketing and wealth-building strategies, concepts, and techniques that are powerful, unique, and effective. You could realistically leave the room that night and implement an idea right away and awake a winner the next day!

Our group is powerful, I tell you!

At one of our past meeting we had a special guest speaker, Mahesh Grossman. (more…)

GKIC Members are Taking Action!

take_actionI’m excited about all the things I’m hearing from local chapter members about what they’re doing with what they’re learning either in the ‘No BS Marketing Letter’—or—at our Local Chapter Meetings.

The great thing about our Local Chapter Meetings is that many times members walk out with an idea and go home and, as one husband and wife team shares, they stayed up until 4am working on it to get it done and implemented! (more…)

Marketing Lessons from the Jaycees

My Step-Father was a diver for the Coast Guard Auxiliary in the little town of Hull, MA where I grew up. My “eldest” cousins Rick and Laurie served in the Army for several years. And, my Uncle Ronnie served in the Navy as a (more…)

We Made Mini-me a “Star!” (and the lesson behind it)

shiningstarAs you may recall, the week before last I was very, very sick. I had the flu and at times had a temp of up to 105 degrees! I was not well. Mini-me’s Mom was not well either. In fact, I think she started it all with her cough. I think it’s all her fault I got sick, really! :)

Anyway, because we were both sick that week, we had to cancel a special Halloween Movie Party we had planned for Mini-me. The plan was, invite both 3rd grade classes to an outdoor theatre-type setting, (more…)

Don’t Rely on One Media to Get Your Marketing Message Out

social-media-marketingAbsolutely… Positively… Do NOT rely on one media to get your marketing message out.

(“Media”, by the way, is the ‘method’ in which you get your marketing message out.)

And, Absolutely… Positively… Do NOT rely on email to get your marketing message out.

Why?

Email is NOT a reliable marketing media these days. Here’s why:

  • SPAM filters make it harder and harder to get your marketing message into your recipients email inbox… (more…)
